Monk Inyang is an executive coach, bestselling author, and AI strategist who blends creativity with technology to make AI accessible for diverse communities. His journey from acting to corporate strategy sharpened his storytelling skills, which he now applies to help organizations uncover opportunities in AI. Monk’s career highlights include leading marketing for the fastest-growing beer brand in the U.S. and serving as a chief of staff to C-suite executives. At 1st Street, he’s committed to democratizing AI, ensuring underrepresented communities are empowered to thrive in the AI revolution.

Ifiok Inyang
Co-Founder

Ifiok Inyang is a business strategist, executive coach, and public speaker who empowers underrepresented voices in tech. He has served as a trusted advisor to underrepresented startups, nonprofits, state and local governments, and Fortune 500 companies, combining his experience in community leadership, strategy, and innovation. A Williams College graduate, Ifiok leverages his expertise in Generative AI to craft innovative solutions and guide leaders with strategic insights. Ifiok lives in Prince George’s County, MD, with his wife and son, where he serves as an elected Councilmember.

Morgan Davis
Chief Marketing Officer

Morgan Davis is an HBCU alumna and creative strategist specializing in Brand and Talent Partnerships and Artist Relations. She has played a crucial role in launching Issa Rae's Raedio and Hoorae creative businesses and has led high-profile projects like the Kennedy Center Takeover and the Honda Music Stage. Morgan uses her strategic expertise to drive community-focused initiatives, leveraging her extensive network to foster cultural connections and empower underrepresented communities in the AI and tech sectors.

Dzifa Yador
Chief Operating Officer

Dzifa Yador is a visionary Creative Executive with 10 years of experience spanning creative development, production management, business affairs, and partner management in both audio and video mediums. Known for driving audience growth through compelling, high-quality content, Dzifa excels in utilizing data analytics and market trends to inform creative decision-making. Previously at Spotify, she led creative teams in audio development and production. Currently, as Head of Podcasts at Issa Rae's audio company, Raedio, Dzifa oversees the development and execution of a robust podcast strategy, manages cross-functional teams, and ensures seamless integration across Hoorae Film & Television and ColorCreative. As COO of 1st Street Partnerships, Dzifa is responsible for building a solid foundation for growth by refining service offerings, enhancing client relationships, and optimizing operational efficiency.
